She is kind, patient, and she won't try to sell you on something that's not a good deal. She was also incredibly fast at getting back to us whenever we had questions. To sum things up, she makes the scary world of buying a house and moving in way less scary, and she even accommodated a couple of requests that in hindsight seem a bit outside of the scope of her actual job and duty to us as clients.
