We are no strangers to Damara Meese. We used her company (MPG) to buy the house in 2018, and used her to sell the house in November 2022. We only had fears of selling with renters occupying the home, which was an easy transition as Damara is also part of who we used as our Property Management Team (SPM) as we had the house as a rental for 2 years. Damara and Birche were incredibly helpful. We were purchasing a house for the first time and on very short notice (typical Army fashion), and Damara instantly came to our aid and within a week we found some houses and one of them we bought. She is kind, patient, and she won't try to sell you on something that's not a good deal. She was also incredibly fast at getting back to us whenever we had questions.
