Meet Melissa Jaeger

We had a wonderful experience with Birche Meese and his team in selling our home. They were responsive, professional, and knowledgeable, and made the entire process of selling our home smooth and stress-free. We were very impressed with how extensively they marketed our home. Their communication was excellent, and they went above and beyond to get us a great result. Highly recommend!

Working with Damara Meese and Meese Property Group was an absolute pleasure from start to finish. We couldn't have dreamed for a better real estate experience. Damara was incredibly kind, patient, and understanding every step of the way - she truly listened to our needs and never made us feel rushed or pressured. What really stood out was her responsiveness. Whether it was early in the morning or late in the evening, Damara was always quick to respond and kept us fully informed throughout the entire process. We always felt like a top priority. Her guidance and knowledge helped us feel confident in every decision, and she went above and beyond to ens...

Birche and his team from Meese Property Group and Spartan Property Management have been amazing to work with. Birche is an expert on the all-things NC, he was able to guide us on all our questions and patiently helped us through many of our concerns with our move to NC. Birche was also able to help us with temporary housing while our new home was being completed. I highly recommend Birch and his team!

A special thank you to Jordan for being the absolute best agent we have ever worked with! Such a great and enjoyable experience. Forever grateful!

I contacted Damara based on her previous reviews like these - everyone was right, she is professional and an expert in showcasing my house for sale and securing a buyer that will enjoy the property as their new home. The key attribute for me was marketing savvy and use of social media and imagery in-house and aerial to highlight the neighborhood. With that, she collaborated with the Buyers representative to ensure timely transaction processing and close.

Birche and his closing coordinator, Giana, were amazing during my home buying process. They were knowledgeable, caring and informative throughout the whole process. I would recommend Meese Property Group to anyone looking to buy or sell a home!

I can not recommend Meese Property Group enough for all of your Real Estate needs. Birche, Damara and the team are excellent. They helped us purchase a home and also manage it for us. If you are buying, selling or need a property managed, they are the team to do it.

Birche was fantastic and I highly recommend him and his team to either find or sell a home. He was professional, timely, and fun to work with. If I could rate him higher I would do so!

My husband and I worked with Jordan Anderson to buy our home in February and I cannot recommend her enough. Having Jordan in our corner to buy our home was the only reason we ended up somewhere we love so much. She knows the industry so well and was such a fantastic agent to work with!

Birche is awesome! He is super realistic and down to earth. He is able to give sage advice and will talk through pro's and con's until you are comfortable with the best course of action. He is not afraid to give honest and sound advice. He will even go in an uncomfortable crawl space or attic with you to fully investigate a property. He has a professional team of people that help with local lenders, inspectors, and any repairs that may need attention. Everything is done in an organized and timely way, and progress is tracked so nothing gets dropped. I have been in the military for over 25 years. This is my sixth house purchase and the smoothest and ...

Damara was fantastic to work with as we explored the market for a home in the Pinehurst area. She arranged showings on short notice, provided video walk-throughs when we could not arrange to view properties in person, and negotiated on the home we ultimately purchased. She went above and beyond to assist us throughout the purchase process, including providing referrals and recommendations from mortgage lenders to painters. Thank you, Damara! We would highly recommend with confidence to work with Damara if you are looking to buy or sell property in the Pinehurst area.

My wife and I had Damara Meese with The Meese Group help us find a new home in Pinehurst, NC. It was not a quick or easy process for Damara but she was on the ball throughout. Our search for the 'perfect home' continued over many months and Damara was responsive at every turn. We have purchased many homes over the years and had experience with many real estate agents. Damara Meese, was without a doubt, the best. We had a wonderful experience, thanks in large part to Damara.

Amanda and her entire team were amazing at every step of the process. She was responsive, knowledgeable, informed and caring. Couldn't ask for any more!

Meese Property Group couldn't have made the home buying process for our family any more seamless than they did. Their organization, promptness, and effort in keeping us on track, informed, and successful in purchasing our house was impeccable. Everyone that we encountered with Meese Property worked efficiently, had superior customer service, and provided quality insight and support. It was a breath of fresh air speaking to actual people whenever we reached out with questions or concerns. This team not only communicated well with each other, but always kept us informed throughout the process with rationale and explanations of any updates or changes. ...

If you are considering a relocation to the Pinehurst/Southern Pines area and need a realtor who not only knows the area, but is also incredibly responsive and willing to go the extra mile, ask for Amanda at Meese Property Group. We contacted the Meese team on a Thursday afternoon prior to a weekend visit to the area, and knew it was short notice. Within a matter of hours Amanda had reached out to us, discussed our desires/priorities, and lined up multiple viewings for Saturday. When we didn't find exactly what we wanted, Amanda kept the search going as we returned to VA. In days, she lined up more viewings for the following weekend and found our dre...

Damara and Meese Property Group did an awesome job with selling my condo at Carolina Beach. I listed the property with Damara and it sold with two weeks. Her knowledge and expertise in the real estate market made the entire process effortless for me. I would highly recommend the Meese Property Group for any of your real estate needs.

At the time of this review MPG had 112 reviews and every single one of them is a 5-star. That is absolutely insane and completely justified. You will not find a more stand up guy then Birche. We recently purchased a house with him and the entire process from start to finish was the best we have had buying a home. The communication was prompt and professional and my wife and I appreciated the time he took, just not to show us the house, but to take us around the neighborhood/village to make sure it was where we wanted to be. We never felt rushed through the process and everyone that was recommended by Birche to help was awesome as well (Lawyer, Inspe...

Top notch professionals.

Professional and Friendly staff. Highly recommended in this area. Helped us get results that exceeded our expectations. They go over and above to provide excellent service.

We are no strangers to Damara Meese. We used her company (MPG) to buy the house in 2018, and used her to sell the house in November 2022. We only had fears of selling with renters occupying the home, which was an easy transition as Damara is also part of who we used as our Property Management Team (SPM) as we had the house as a rental for 2 years. Damara and both her teams worked hand in hand together to get the renters on board to show the home, do any last minute repairs, landscaping needs, and prepare it to sell - all under our limited timeline we gave them. No pressure, right? Haha We could not have asked for better representation for this home ...

The marketing for our home was beautifully done, and the magic that made us fall in love with our home in the first place was definitely captured. Please believe me when I say they will go to incredible lengths to ensure their clients are protected and cared for.

We had a great experience working with Damara. Her extensive knowledge of the area and the home-buying process made a big difference. She was incredibly patient, sticking with us through almost a year and a half of searching to find the perfect home. Communication was always prompt and clear, making every step of the process smoother and more manageable. We truly felt supported and would highly recommend Damara to anyone looking for a reliable and dedicated realtor.

Damara and her team made the process of selling land in another state as seamless as possible. Great communication and answered all my questions. Highly recommend using them for any real estate needs!

My wife and I had an exceptional experience working with the Meese Property Group, and I can't recommend them highly enough! From start to finish, their team went above and beyond to make the process of selling our home and buying a new one seamless and stress-free. Their knowledge of the market is unparalleled, and they worked tirelessly to ensure we got the best price for our home. When it came time to find our new home, they listened carefully to our needs and preferences and found us the perfect place! They were incredibly responsive, always available to answer questions, and provided expert guidance every step of the way. What truly stood out t...

I had a great experience working with Damara! She made the selling process quick and easy. She is very responsive and knowledgeable. Highly recommend!

Damara negotiated the purchase and subsequently the recent sale of my home. She is very knowledgeable and listened attentively to all my questions and concerns. She kept me up to date on all aspects throughout. I was out of state during the sale, but she and her assistant, Giana, responded quickly to any large and small details that needed attention. It was a pleasure to work with her.

We had the best experience purchasing a home with Damara’s guidance! As a first-time home buyer, she graciously addressed all my questions, small, big, silly, or otherwise, and advised us on various factors to consider when looking at properties. She was so timely in setting up showings (virtual since we were out of state) and providing videos or live video calls. I especially appreciated how she understood our family's needs and helped us find homes in areas that met our specific needs and hopes. Honestly, working with Damara felt like talking to a best friend! We found our dream house in our preferred location and made a competitive offer thanks t...

Meese Property Group assisted us with both buying and selling a house this summer! Alison Isenhart helped us find a new home in Carthage, and Damara and Birche were a great team in selling our house in Pinehurst No. 6. Alison did a great job of working with the builder to get us exactly what we were looking for and helping us close on the date we needed. For selling the Pinehurst home. After 1 week on the Market, we got two full-price offers. Not one, but two. Hard to get better news than that! Damara and Birche were great at communicating with us and keeping us up to date on the sale. Even with us being out of the country and a hurricane coming dur...

Damara and Birche were incredibly helpful. We were purchasing a house for the first time and on very short notice (typical Army fashion), and Damara instantly came to our aid and within a week we found some houses and one of them we bought. She is kind, patient, and she won't try to sell you on something that's not a good deal. She was also incredibly fast at getting back to us whenever we had questions. To sum things up, she makes the scary world of buying a house and moving in way less scary, and she even accommodated a couple of requests that in hindsight seem a bit outside of the scope of her actual job and duty to us as clients. Can't say enoug...

Love working with Birche and Damara. They are always a phone call away. They go above and beyond! very knowledgeable, funny, honest, and sincere! I would highly recommend them for anyone looking to do a real estate transaction in the Pinehurst and Fayetteville area.
